I just had my hen weekend and oh what fun we had!! For an absolute bargain, we got an Airbnb villa in the centre of Majorca, a little walk to the town and next door to a vineyard…. ideal!!!!
We started as a six and then a few ladies joined is later on. The villa was epic. Down a little lane, it slept 10 and it had the best pool and farmland/ vineyard surroundings. It also came wth two cute dogs!! They got lots of fuss from me and Linda, the two vets!
So what to wear for your hen weekend??? And what did they make me wear???
It’s tricky when it all has to be packed in to a 10kg carry on bag. And when your flight leaves and returns to Manchester you can guarantee it will be freezing!
Jeans and jumper wth a vintage embroidered shirt underneath so I could whip the jumper off when we arrived in Spain and change the jeans to denim cutoffs. We spent the first arvo drinking sangria !!
That night we didn’t want to leave the villa as it was so gorgeous, so we all chipped in to make our own tapas… when in españa !

The next day we had booked a wine tasting at nearby vineyard ‘Son Prim’. It was divine. I highly recommend it as you sit outside right next to the vines and our lovely lady gave us lots of time to taste! It was completely silent, apart from our hen games.

After some pool time we got ready to go out! My favourite thing to use on holiday after a shower is the Mandara spa glistening body oil. It smells like coconut and leaves your skin sparkly.
Linda introduced me to Aussie miracle conditioner spray too from Superdrug! It really helped my dry holiday hair.
Then it was off in to Inca town for a boogie at SART club, where all the Spanish hits were playing… hilarious!

The final night consisted of more pre-drinking wine where I found the best white ever!! And then off out for a lovely meal. Below are the mummies, mine on the right and mother-in-law on the left!
