Hey!!!!
Happy new year…bit late I know but I have started trying to do a vlog (shock face) Β so I have been chatting away in that rather than writing on here in the last week or two.
Anyway, today we went over to Primrose hill (Primmy hill for my Aussie mates) in North London, a favourite hangout of mine for a cold winters walk π
I have loved this place since I went to Uni in Camden Town. It was always our Sunday hangover trek for hot chocolate and scones. From bustling Camden, you cross the canal and arrive in a more peaceful, village like setting with a park and a hill (clues in the name). The main street has cool boutique shops, delicatessen and my favourite cosy corner pub ‘The Queens’. Popular with celebs a few years back, I used to spot a few on each visit. Sadie Frost at the hair dressers, Danny Goffey at the pub etc. etc.
I remember seeing a paparazzi picture of Sienna Miller when she was with Jude Law, walking through the park. She was wearing a fedora, purple shawl, jeans and cowboys boots. It was during the boho trend and I thought she looked stunning.

It is also home to my favourite greek restaurant ‘Lemonia’. Oh my it is so good and so cheap for this upmarket suburb of London! The set menu includes homemade humus, olives, salads, calamari, lamb and chicken…delish! It’s making me hungry as I write!
We strolled, did some shooting and stopped for a chai latte at ‘Sweet things’ cafe/bakery.
I will be trying to vlog more and the next one will be a ‘A week with me’ including our little trip today. Check out the vlogsΒ over on ‘thevoguevet’, YouTube.
