It finally feels like summer guys!!!
For me, it’s when you get to sit outside at night to eat dinner or be in a pub beer garden til late without freezing to death! But it’s also when you can crack out the first little summer outfits like a good old slip dress or cute milkmaid dress and the trusty saltwater sandals and denim cut offs! or a little vintage number with ankle boots! I love not having to be covered up and still shivering (thanks Britain) !
I love it when you feel like your in LA just because of the warmth on your skin and what you’re wearing (I love LA btw!) but you’re actually just strolling around London.
We went to the first London lido I’ve ever visited on the weekend, at Brockwell Park. It was lush! I struggle with pool and beachwear. Something you can whip off to be in your swimsuit but can also put back on and disguise your swimsuit. I’ve just never got that even though I should’ve by now with the travelling I’ve done. I just don’t think I do it well!
I love the coconut sun cream smells and a cold rosé and just the fact that everyone emerges and seems happier! I definitely feel better when the sun is out. It makes you feel more relaxed.
We also visited Rye last weekend. I now want to live there!! So many pretty cottages and epic antique shops that we browsed. It’s my ideal place, beach, pubs, vintage shops and quirky houses!

Such lovely little post.
Love the outfit. My partner lives in London, but I never get the time to dgo down there! I need to and I want to visit all the places you talk about!
I agree in the tip: always wear sun cream. I’ve had to learn that the hard way.
